We are unfortunately running a reduced timetable due to the covid-19 pandemic and all classes are now online for the foreseeable future. We will update you on our progress back to face to face teaching in a class situation. 

We are excited to announce that following the government guidelines we are now able to offer face to face 1:1 Pilates classes in a covid-19 safe environment, which could be your own garden. Our 1:1 classes are perfect for post-operative or injury specific rehabiliation and can be tailored around your goals. We have morning, afternoon and evening availability.
